Agreement and license
These app-specific terms are provided by Mohammed beladel for Tai Chi Beginners & Seniors on iPhone and iPad. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, where applicable.
The app is licensed, not sold. You may use it on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules. These terms do not replace any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
What the app provides
The app provides guided Chair Tai Chi, Standing Tai Chi, and Tai Chi Walking sessions. Days 1–3 of each program are available without a subscription. Premium provides access to the additional program days shown in the app.
Content, features, and availability may change in future versions. Paid access and any material changes must remain accurately described at the time of purchase.
Movement and health responsibility
The app provides general wellness and movement instruction. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, emergency guidance, or a guarantee of results.
Choose a comfortable range of movement and a clear, stable practice area. Use a sturdy chair or support when appropriate. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, or unusual shortness of breath. Seek qualified medical advice if you are unsure whether an activity is appropriate for you.
Subscriptions and free trials
Subscriptions are purchased and billed by Apple through the App Store. The localized price, currency, renewal interval, introductory-offer eligibility, and renewal terms displayed by Apple before you confirm control your purchase.
The annual plan, when offered, has a US base price of $39.99 per year and may include a seven-day introductory free trial for customers Apple determines are eligible. At the end of the trial, a subscription renews at the price shown by Apple unless canceled before renewal. A free trial is not guaranteed for every customer. Monthly pricing is the price shown by Apple for your storefront.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel under Apple's subscription rules. Manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app or resetting app data does not cancel a subscription. See Apple's cancellation instructions. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the app or its services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with media delivery, redistribute protected app content, reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it, or use it in a way that violates the law or another person's rights.
Availability and third-party services
Some functions depend on Apple services, an internet connection, Cloudflare media hosting, PostHog when you opt in to analytics, and RevenueCat when purchase observation is enabled. Service interruptions may affect streaming, purchases, restore, analytics, or support. Uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Some starter media is bundled in the app. Other media needs a connection before it can be cached. Do not assume every session is available offline.
Privacy
Our Privacy & Support page explains device storage, optional analytics and session replay, purchase services, local notifications, media requests, retention, and deletion requests. Your analytics-sharing choice does not change free or paid access.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those required by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
You remain responsible for your practice environment, device placement, movement choices, and deciding when to seek professional advice.
