Support

For app help, privacy questions, or a deletion request, email Mohammed beladel at amine.beladel@outlook.com.

For a technical problem, include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and what happened. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive medical information.

Common questions

How do I change programs? Use the mode switcher on Today or choose a program. Chair Tai Chi, Standing Tai Chi, and Tai Chi Walking each keep their own progress.

A movement will not load. Check your connection and choose Retry. You can also choose Skip or End for today; your previous exercise checkpoint remains saved. Some starter media is included in the app, while other media needs a connection before it can be cached.

How do I restore Premium? Choose Restore on the paywall while signed in to the Apple account used for the purchase. For billing, refunds, and cancellation, use Apple's account and support tools.

How do I cancel a subscription? Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. See Apple's cancellation instructions.

How do I remove my data? Use Settings › Privacy & Data › Reset app data for local profile and practice data. For analytics already sent, follow the deletion instructions below.

Privacy overview

Tai Chi Beginners & Seniors for iPhone and iPad is operated by Mohammed beladel. You can use it without an app account. Onboarding choices, reminder preferences, practice progress, session checkpoints, and practice history are stored on your device. The app does not sync that practice data to an operator account.

The app uses the external services described on this page. It has no advertising and does not use app data for cross-app advertising tracking. It does not upload camera, microphone, photo-library, HealthKit, contacts, or precise-location data.

Optional analytics and session replay

PostHog analytics and session replay are off by default. You may turn on Share app analytics in Settings › Privacy & Data and turn it off there at any time. Your choice does not limit free or paid app features.

When sharing is on, PostHog receives:

  • A random anonymous app identifier.
  • App lifecycle events, including launch, foreground, and background.
  • Screen names and screen-view events.
  • Limited events about eligibility to attempt Apple's native rating request and whether the app attempted the request. These can include app version, session count, and completed-practice count.
  • Privacy-masked session replay showing the sequence and layout of app screens.

Session replay is configured to mask text, text-entry fields, images, and sandboxed system views. PostHog capture of tap coordinates, console logs, network telemetry, request or response contents, payment details, and automatic crash/error reports is disabled. The app does not identify PostHog records with your name, email address, App Store account, or advertising identifier.

Apple does not tell the app whether the rating prompt appeared, what rating you selected, or whether you submitted a review. Those facts are not sent to PostHog.

Analytics is used to understand and improve the app. The operator's intended retention limit for product analytics is 12 months. The current PostHog project does not apply an automatic product-event retention window, so events already sent may remain until explicitly deleted. A 12-month deletion limit must be configured or enforced before it can be described as active. Session recordings have a 30-day retention period. You can request deletion using the support route described below.

PostHog processes this data in its US Cloud service. IP anonymization is enabled, so PostHog drops the IP address from ingested events; network services may still process an IP address when receiving a request. See PostHog's privacy policy.

Turning sharing off stops future PostHog capture. It does not automatically delete data already sent. After opting in, you can use Copy analytics identifier in Settings › Privacy & Data and email that identifier to support when requesting deletion.

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions are bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles your payment details, billing, refunds, cancellation, and App Store account. The app receives product information and subscription/entitlement status needed to show prices and unlock Premium. It does not receive full payment-card details.

The app uses RevenueCat for purchase observation when that service is enabled in the build. RevenueCat creates a random anonymous app-user identifier and processes App Store transaction and subscription information to observe purchase status, support purchase analytics, and help resolve purchase problems. The app's StoreKit purchase flow remains responsible for purchases. See RevenueCat's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.

Apple and purchase-service records are separate from local practice data. Resetting the app does not delete those records or cancel your subscription. Contact support with questions about purchase data; billing, refunds, and cancellation may need to be handled directly through Apple.

Reminders and ratings

Practice reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device after you choose a time and days and grant notification permission. The app does not run a remote push server for these reminders or use PostHog's push-notification features. You can change reminder preferences in the app and notification permission in your device settings.

After repeated completed practice and timing checks, the app may ask iOS to show Apple's native rating prompt. Apple controls whether it appears. Support remains available regardless of your rating or whether you choose to leave a review.

Exercise media and network requests

Some exercise video and audio is delivered through our Cloudflare-hosted media service and cached on your device. Media requests include the requested program/day or media asset and ordinary network information such as IP address and request metadata. These are processed to deliver content, check access, limit abusive requests, and protect the service.

When Premium media access is verified, the service may process a signed App Store transaction, including product and transaction identifiers, subscription expiry, and purchase environment, to check entitlement. This is separate from optional PostHog analytics. It does not require uploading your local practice history or payment-card details. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Local storage, reset, and deletion

Settings › Privacy & Data › Reset app data removes your onboarding profile and local practice progress/history from this device. It does not cancel an App Store subscription, change the separate analytics-sharing choice, delete analytics already sent to PostHog, or delete records held by Apple or a purchase service. Downloaded media and separate device preferences may remain. Device backups are controlled by your Apple/iCloud settings and Apple's policies.

For a request about analytics already sent, email amine.beladel@outlook.com and include the copied anonymous analytics identifier when available. Turning sharing off prevents future capture while your request is handled.

You can also contact us about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights that apply where you live. We may need information sufficient to locate the relevant record and verify your request. Records held independently by Apple or another provider remain subject to that provider's policies and applicable requirements.

This website and email support

This website consists of static pages hosted by Cloudflare Pages. We do not add website analytics, advertising, tracking cookies, external fonts, or a form backend. Cloudflare may process ordinary request and security information, including IP address, browser/user agent, requested path, and timestamp, to deliver and protect the site.

If you email support, Mohammed beladel and the email provider, Microsoft Outlook, process your email address, message, and any information you choose to include so we can respond and keep support records. Do not include information that is unnecessary for your request. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
